Health Matters at Work® program in Maryland is a dynamic chronic disease initiative combining educational programs and services, community resources, and strategic partnerships of nearly 100 national and Maryland-based member health organizations.

- A DVD for employers about the impact of chronic disease in the workplace.
- A DVD and printed materials that provide an overview to employee, families and caregivers about the effects of chronic diseases.
- Web site “Navigator” with links to health organizations, community resources and information about key chronic diseases and conditions and how to prevent or live more successfully with them. Accompanying printed materials.
- DVDs and streaming videos on critical subjects such as employer strategies for improving the bottom line, key prevention information, coping/living successfully/being productive with chronic disease, and caregiver/family issues and strategies.
- Health and the Bottom Line introductory booklet
- Simple assessment tool to estimate the cost of chronic disease's impact on an employer's bottom line.
