Health Matters at Work®is a comprehensive web and workplace-based health initiative that brings
the combined strength of 24 health charities to the workplace, making it
easy
for employees and their families to take advantage of the services and reliable health
information
they need to improve their lives.

Level
One
Our level one program is free and available to
any business. This program level includes the following services:

for beginning a successful worksite wellness program
Level Two
Our second level requires a significant time
commitment on the part of Community Health Charities and our member charities,
and therefore we ask the partnering company to allow CHC to be a part of
their employee charitable giving campaign; where employees have the opportunity
to donate to our member charities through payroll deduction.
